" That is why you dont depend on credit bubble, instead depend on "real wealth" generation which is more stable." If I build, and sell a house to a credit bubbler, and then put the credit bubbler's borrowed cash in my pocket, am I dependant upon a credit bubble, or, do I have "real wealth"?
