Has anyone looked at Mike Morgan's web site on Lennar?

I just finished reading the inspection report for 1196 Fleming on this page

lennar-homes.info

The report seemed a bit nit-picky but it is clear that this home was very poorly built. This home will leak like a sieve in a driving rain. Then again, how often are there driving rains in FLORIDA? :)

There were serious defects that no inspector, even one paid by the builder, should have passed. In particular I doubt if any of the electricians, plumbers, or mechanical workers were certified. I am looking to increase my Lennar LEAP puts tomorrow if some of the other inspection reports are as bad. They are going to have their heads handed to them in court and their name is going to be dragged through the mud because of the management's moronic way of dealing with this issue. I am beginning to wonder if Lennar will be around for much longer. Need to check their cash levels. They are going to need a lot to fix the homes they built.

I figure WCI, Ryland, and Lennar are candidates for bankruptcy this down cycle. Anyone care to dispute? :)
