The last time I checked , here's what I found. The last S-8 , authorized 1,000,000 more shares. The others I did not look at. Anyone have time have at it. This, IMO is a good rise on little volume , It usally takes alot more volume(like 1+ mil) on stocks less than .05 to move up 66%. CK - Just Bee
