That's a good excuse to defend against a claim of triple damages for intentional patent infringement. Given that part of U.S. patent law, what else could Nokia say in public?

This whole affair is turning into one giant poker game, and so far nobody has blinked. As in poker, someone has the best hand, and I don't think it's Nokia or Broadcom.
