On Monday, the traditional leaders, the SOX and the NDX were strong on the downside.

If history is any guide to the markets - and, it always is -this is a very bearish sign. These are the sectors which turn up first and turn down first. The fact that they are leading to the downside should brighten the dark heart of every died-in-the-wool permabear out there.

A good short seller is blessed here.
