Joe, you're welcome but I think that you figured it out
by yourself. I would like to say add that based on the newco's estimated p.e. and the market makers responsibility to retain an oderly market, it is very likely that the stock will open
at ten times the price adjusted for the merger.

I've learned that TPG did enter into a contract with Steward and Stevenson today but the news has not been released because the
details have not been worked out. The current deal is using "Not to Exceed" pricing, and then will be changed to "Firm Fixed Price" as soon as the negotiations and audits are completed. This is the Army Shelter contract and both companies wanted to get the work going even though all of the terms have yet to be worked out.
