The article in Time Charters, said they are working on infrastructure. And their massive increase in education should help greatly. The lower classes know education is the only way out of poverty. Foreign investment in India has increased dramatically in just the last few years. I think they said India has changed more in the last five years than the previous 30. So growth is rapid now. It is ironic that a democracy can slow change, but investors prefer democracies as they have better laws to protect their investment.
