ever hear two union guys talk on the job. It's never about the work they are doing, it's ALWAYS about their Bennies, amount of vacation time, how much money they get. They spend so much time talking about that that they fall behind in the job and have to work over time to catch up. And of course when they work overtime, they talk about how much overtime pays
