How overbuilt is Florida single family? Just check this out on realtor.com for Port St Lucie. At least 84 of the 145 pages of 4/2/2+ homes for sale were built in 2005-06. That is incredible. A quick scan of the rest it seems most were built since 2001. realtor.com
