Note that you don't have to be a current shareholder to object to the plan to the court. If you were a previous shareholder and believe you should be included in the new entity you can send your proposal to the Judge Lifland.

You may also be an unsecured creditor or employee or other interested party who does not agree with the plan---or even a secured creditor----if so the link is there for your information.

If you are thinking of sending a letter with an objection or amendment, I suggest you call the court to ask precisely how you would do this.
