When that poor girl was raped and murdered, she was raped and murdered by the United States. Damn!! That's some REALLY GOOD SH*T you must be smoking.... So you must believe that when a bad cop commits a rape or murder then the entire city (government and people combined) are responsible?? I don't know where you're going to find a world that quite meets your moral expectations GST.. It certainly isn't here on earth... Obviously you are ill-equipped to deal with human existence.
