Or was that the occupation you were referring to?

Was he a good source on Iraqi WMDs when he testified as to Iraq's intransigence toward UNSCOM inspectors in 1998??

Or was he a better source when he took $400,000 and Tariq Azziz arranged to make oil allocations available to him and his partners?
