There are other options such as cancelling shares, retiring shares and what not... They realize reverse splits NEVER work and hardly ever does anyone EVER benefit from it. One short traders will target it for plummeting plus loyal shareholders bailing out.. The company and shareholders all lose. AGTI knows what they have to do and I believe are moving in that direction to not harm the interest and investments of the shareholders... If I thought they would even consider this option I would not be in it. But that is my opinion... remember reverse splits primarily are to get the stock price up but generally it does but only for the short term as per history dictates. GaBard
