My story is a little different. I didn't know about the bad times until I heard they were hiring a guy from Computer Associates as, I believe, their president. Since Computer Associates had a long of history of Strength through Acquisition, I thought that CA would buy them. I think got in at $1.60 (but I can't remember if it was US or CDN - and I can't remember what the value of the dollar was then wither). I think it was 1988. It is ironic that this company is turning into a major "strength through acquisition" company instead of the other way around. Dale
