Notice Minor Property Transaction The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated July 31,1997 between Archon Mineral Limited (`Archon') and BMA Mining Corporation, ITL Capital Corporation and Riley Resource Ltd. (the `Companies') pursuant to which Archon may prospect on the DC Claims located in the MacKenzie Mining District, Northwest Territories (the `Property') for a period of one year. The Companies jointly hold the Property. In the event that Archon locates a kimberlite occurrence on the Property within one year, the Companies will transfer a 25% undivided interest in and to those claims covering the kimberlite occurrence and one kilometre radius from the kimberlite occurrence. The Property is subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty in favour of Ken Reser.
