Indeed Mike, I believe Takeda deserves a look-see..at least for me who's been following startup bio's, it appears they've been quietly increasing their earning potential..damn, why didn't I know about them in '04! I agree that getting hard on oneself is hardly productive..I try to keep it at: what can I learn?..I'm learning that some of these 'habits of thought' are deeeply embedded in my system! RE: your not wanting to get on a 'complete fish oil'..give it up!, it's of the few supplements that has data to back it up... Elisabeth..who loves the graveyard shift..somethin' 'bout being alone with the vast universe..
