Stupid questions. It's very clear that our forces could stop one of your "fantasy attacks" from Iran or Turkey. That's what we are good at, taking out a column of armor is what the Army and Air Force does best.

Fighting an insurgency that wants you out of the country and uses guerilla tactics, well that's almost impossible to combat.

To begin the healing in Iraq, the US must redeploy.
