If Intel stops making new lows for a couple of quarters that is a good a sign as any to go back on the long side. Funny so many were calling it Intel specific early this year when tech seemed poised for a continued upswing. Looks like an ugly summer in the sector. The beauty of tech is the turns seem to come very quick unlike RE where the turn lasts for 5+ years. Perhaps an October bottom? For now you have to be out or short.
