Even if your interpretation is correct, I'd have to disagree with respect to using one or the other for a MOMO trading vehicle. Volatility and volume, after hours trading, etc., make SIRI a great trade. It has more "fans" for better or worse and more "bashers" than other similar sized companies. It has more excitement and negativity.

If I were doing options on it, I'd agree with you, but I don't do option on stocks below 20 typically.
