If you don't want to fight, go to the middle ground, it's always there.

If you don't want to fight and you won't cooperate with your lawyer and you won't go to the middle ground, and your opponent is still up for the fight, you're going to get crushed.

Fight, yield or die. Those are the only alternatives.

Well, there's also getting together and negotiating a solution but he wasn't the negotiating type.
