Last week, we made our bi-yearly trip to BC Canada. But unfortunately, in the last few years, events here have made our trips only yearly instead of twice a year. We know quite a few of the shopkeepers and others there now...EVERY single one of them were bemoaning the lack of tourists from the US!!! Every year has been down since 2001, and all of them commented upon it. Somehow, your attitude is one that I referred to as perhaps being a piece of the problem they are facing. I also suggested that most Americans were not amused with the disregard your last PM expressed toward Americans while he was in office. The exchange rate is nearly non existent so others who care about such things don't see a reason to come. I'm sure there are many reasons, but keep in mind, as you vilify our President, that it could be you and people like you who are so hateful that are keeping tourist money from Canada.
