cheap money and buyer frenzy got trapped up in slick marketing The neverending story......at least in the stock bubble most people limited their damage to low 5 figures. All these folks out on a limb for big 6-figure amounts is scary. Once the bagholders are blown out, who ends up with the bad paper and crappy land?
