You're mis-stating Bob's position I believe. As you posted here, he does not allow CMKX posts on his blog. I believe that CMKX is a unique situation, fact pattern and not one upon which the Naked Short Scamming debate should be based. Others disagree on both sides. But you, yourself posted that Bob did not want the CMKX issues to subsume the NSS debate.

I don't think there is anything that says Bob is "working with" Essary. Just because articles are quoted does not mean that one is working with someone. I quote you sometimes. Does that mean I work with you (not that this would be a bad thing.)

I agree with you that many or most of the Essary promotions seem to be less than savory. But that does not mean that Naked Short Scamming does not exist.
