For those of you that are interested. I sent the following to management at SSTY; Gentlemen, Could you please give an update as to the status of the litigation in which SSTY is involved? Also, is there any clue as to when you might again be trading on the Pink Sheets? Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, xxxxxx xxxxxx shareholder I received the following reply; What litigation do you refer to... Moving up is main target for me... To which I replied; Was there not a claim by prior management as to the ownership (or rights)to some of the company's assets? Seems I recall a press release concerning this type of matter shortly before the removal from the Pink Sheets. Is there not any type of legal matter pending against SSTY? To which they responded; We are persently focusing on our own activities.. and devoting our focus internally. These other parties are no present threat and their activities..of no value to waste assetts on chasing at present, but we have not closed the file on them at all... So, I leave it to my fellow investors what to make of this. Didn't get much in the way of answers and the answers I received left much to be desired in the way of being very professionally presented (what...no spell checker?) Regardless of these concerns, I guess I'll hang on to my shares of SSTY and hope that some day in the not too distant future, I'll be able to sell them and by that Maserati that I've longing for.
