:-) you know, that's ok as long as the guys she is dealing with are normal- but a few people ruined the workplace for everyone, by going far far over the top. Laws generally aren't made to control the average person; they're for the people at the extremes and the reason we needed rules in the work place was for people at the extremes- just as there are teachers at the extremes. I'm glad I haven't had one, but I had a friend who was harassed in college by a professor. It's rare, but that isn't any comfort when it happens to you.
