heck, yes, but we're a lot further along than we were last year.

Last year, it was claimed by the scammers to be just a few conspiracy nuts. Now, it's in the main stream press, the hedgies are suing the prime brokers and the fingers are pointing to the culprits. The scam defenders can no longer claim that it's paranoia or just the imagination of disgruntled traders. Their own cronies and associates are presenting the allegations and evidence.
