HRAKA: I would go with "2". I think a big problem with night time posts is that anything can be said, and theres no way to affirm or dis-affirm the validity of the statement. (Until the morning) The "missing" (if it is in fact, missing) treasury stock may or may not be important, depending on how many shares are actually shorted vs how many shares are owned by the cartel, etc etc. (I hope I"m being clear).
