This management will ultimately deliver on the technology. I think the strategic mix of government-funded R&D, leading to private commercialization of same, is very powerful. It is also monopolistic in its application. Looking out two years, it is hard to ignore the potential. Looking out two months, who knows, or cares ??? Mr. Market is knocking on the door, with a bargain in his hand.
