HRAKA: To be honest with you, I think that the drop in price can only be accounted for by selling by someone. I believe in a prior post Riley had mentioned that someone had sold 70,000 shares but don't quote me on that. It is so far back in the thread, that by the time you found it the squeeze could be over one way or another. At any rate, if the co. had issued them for financing, there are waiting requirements etc etc, except in the case of "offshore" financing which is a whole different ballgame. I can only give you an over view of that, and I am a little shaky on it anyway. I believe what happens with that is that a co. "trades" stock for financing, at a deep discount. The party loaning the money shorts the stock at market and pockets the difference betwen what they loaned and what they got on the sale. They don't really care what happens to the stock, afterwards they are essentially out. If anyone can give a clearer picture of this, maybe you'd better. As I said, I'm shaky on it myself. Al
P.S> An indication of this would be if they (the co.) suddenly had a huge amount of cash. You'd have to wonder where it came from. Al
