You should read my post re my visit to the company in early August, and I quote myself:

<When talking to "Skip" Cox I found him to be totally committed to getting the current customer base seamlessly and painlessly upgraded to EB, which is the most important task at hand now. The current huge customer base needs to be on board EB and happy with EB, otherwise it will be difficult to sell EB to new customers. There IS a plan and it is being managed by someone totally committed to it.>

If EB was not being accepted by the current customer base, I can guarantee you the the stock price would not have risen to the level at which it trades now. There always is a way in which the price of a stock reflects and discounts future news and upcoming events. Had the stock risen with distribution rather than with the accumulation it has shown, I might consider what you "heard from a contact..." plausible. However, not only has the stock risen significantly (better than a double from its low) but it has done so with significant accumulation and also exploding through significant resistance.

EB has been in beta testing for a while now, and it's all ready to roll out. Had it run into some of the difficulties you alude to during its beta testing, the "market" would have been aware of it a long time ago and the stock price would have reflected it.
