If they're not uniformed and identifiable soldiers, not following the Geneva conventions, then I'd say their actions are murder no matter who gets killed, as it were. <edit> and remember the Israelis were apparently inside their own country, so it's not as though they were doing anything wrong or justifying force against them. news.bbc.co.uk </edit> But one evil does not justify a greater evil.
