Don't you remember the Paula Jones case against Clinton? That was resolved that she could sue him even though he was still in office. Took his deposition and sent him interrogatories and so forth, which led to the impeachment (lying under oath was at his deposition). Oh, I do love a nice, juicy lawsuit.
