Someone here already predicted a "rally" some time ago .. which has not been forthcoming. So, I'm still twiddling my toes, like everyone else ... waiting it out quietly, thank you.

Frankly, 0.04 cents is pretty damn near close to A PENNY, so I haven't really said anything that aggravating, except .. THE FAT LADY HAS SUNG. LOL!
I'm still watching AND holding.
And, frankly, I suspect, with oil easily approaching $80/barrel, even the worst oil stock should move "some" ... at least a penny or two.
