CHRZ secondary offering will be issued on 9/26 for 3mm shares at 35 1/2.2.5 mm shares are for Corporate purposes.The 90 MM$ in new Corporate cash is a backdrop for an aquisition.It is clear many of the successful y2k firms are aiming to bolster their post 2000 business through aquisitions.We can also expect a dampening of upward price movement above 35.5$ for a while ( witness IMRS)due to the new supply of stock.
