'The inventory levels coupled with cash position means KBH will be discounting very heavily going forward, VERY heavily. Home prices where they operate are going to start dropping like a rock real soon.'

It is possible home prices in fast growing suburban sunbelt markets might fall as much or even more than the most overvalued land constrained cities like LA or Boston. A whole generation of speculators and flippers going to get wiped out along with many builders, subcontractors and other RE professionals tied to the ponzi scheme. You might see new subdivisions completely abandoned in certain one trick pony towns with no real economy.
