DHI only had a drop of 4.4% for orders but their margins are getting creamed because their policy is to move the product no matter what it takes. I am wondering what all their discounting to move product is going to do to the value of their land holdings. In other words will it increase the land writedowns they are going to be forced to take at the end of their fiscal year?
