I always do that. I take out three things and take back one. Somehow it does not seem to work that well. Have to plug it into a graph and optimize it. Burroughs at least was unapologetic for being a hopeless dissolute and wastrel of the flesh. I would not apotheosize that part of him. My mantra was (not that anybody bought it as anything but hypocrisy for the way I drank), that interference with the filter was sacrilege. I never said I was perfect.
