Americans do far far more with oil than anyone else. The economic impact will mean American goods gets cheaper in a global economy.

Some folks just don't have a clue about what efficiency means. And Oil even at 70 a barrel is no where near the past higher prices.

What it means in general is Old Europe will get screwed the worse and America will not.
