Saville from time, to time does grant employees stock options in the company. I believe last year this was 150,000 and if the company reached a certain milestone it doubled to 300,000. If there is a lot of insider selling, it could be for this reason. Last year, depending on when someone started they received upto 590 options. Management will receive certain numbers as well (I don't know how many those would be).

Some people at Saville will sell their options, so they can purchase RRSPs, or down payment towards a house or whatever the reason.

Some people don't sell them at all, and will hang on to them.

While people feel positive about the company, the stock market is a 'gamble' and not many people are willing to risk their options regardless of how well the company is doing.

Hopefully this answered your question.

Regards,

Mohammed
