Just finished doing a little research on CTX. Besides having the debt/cash issues they have a major presence in every bubble market: 14 subs in Las Vegas 24 subs in Phoenix 8 subs in San Diego 14 open in San Francisco Dozens more in California 8 in Seattle About 120 subdivisions all over Florida Their web site also has numerous "coming soon!" subdivisions in these bubble markets, so they are expanding into a sinking market. Just found a home for the rest of my cash as these guys are going to get CREAMED!
