Americans got lucky. Canada to the north, Mexico to the south, Atlantic to the east, Pacific to the west.

Canadians are among the sanest people on earth, most Mexicans are wonderful people and eminently sane (except for the drug runners and the government).

The nearest crazy guy is Cuba. What's Cuba going to do to us?

And the biggest risk is an oil embargo.
