DID YOU FORGET AND leave your caps lock key locked? Sorry Paul..I didn't mean to offend its my computer it automatically goes to capitals when it knows that something is not as it seems..its kind of like it has a sixth sense..being a techno-idiot I don't know how to fix that..but when I follow up on its highlighting I discover the most surprising things.. things you couldn't have imagined government leaders, CIVIL SERVANTS (THERE IT GOES AGAIN) in a democracy would do ..maybe I will just leave it and keep an open mind to its behavior.
