Ted, Excuse me but would you talk like a man who got his 4 year degree from Cornell. Just as soon as you talk like a guy who has three degrees (one more than I've got). Clinton/Gore tried to enact such legislation for 8 years and got rejected by the GOP Congress. Specifics? Come on........you want me to ferret out specific legislation? Give me a break......I don't have that kind of time. You were alive during the '90s and by your own omission, you were a liberal then. Is your memory that short?
