<Neither was lying> Pure BS and now everybody knows it. Clinton had intel -- and he did not invade Iraq. Bush Sr. had Intel and did not invade. Bush Jr. had no more than either of them -- and as we now know what little he did have was fabricated and used as the basis to make wildly hyped and inaccurate claims about WMD. Bush falsified the case for a war of self-defense.
