Just my opinion, but if your learning technical analysis from stocksmart.com, you made need a clue.

I meant no disrespect to you if that's the way you have perceived it. In fact, my post was not directed at you. On a minimum daily basis, I read all of the postings on stocks I currently own or am researching. I saw your comments and found them interesting. Nevertheless, it's your money and you are certainly welcome and have the right to voice your opinion here on SI or anywhere else.

I've always believed if you short a stock, you find a company with a fundamental flaw that is not reflected in the stock price. This is really the best way to exploit a vunerable stock; a fact you believe or know to be present that the stock price does not reflect. I think everyone here would be interested in hearing your reasoning for the short position.

Part of my reasoning for buying this stock, is in fact, based on technical analysis but not bollinger bands or any of that crap. It's quite simple and one of the most basic investment tools known. Find growing companies with strong products whose stock is making new highs on strong volume compared to its normal trading amounts and you will do fine. This simple outlook has made me over 40% on MTIC in just three weeks.
