I'm a long time lurker on the Yahoo board--what a disintegration over the past month. I actually talked to Sandi Heine at the end of June, who said--correctly--that the NDA would be filed before the end of the month, and that everything was proceeding on schedule. It's hard to watch the stock cut in half, but for those of us who've been in this stock a long time, we know that it's subject to wild price swings. I'm still confident that a deal will be made, and that in Azasite we have a solid, if unspectacular, product that will establish good market share. Sandi spoke also about the pipeline, and how once Azasite goes to market, resources will be available to develop other products. I won't feel entirely confident until I'm looking in the rear-view mirror at a deal with some ink on it...but I've been adding some to my position on the dips.
