You will not get any argument from me on that account gib. But I think I can filter the news pretty well. I know who is telling the truth and who isn't to a large degree. The hatred of the jews in the middle east can not be overstated. And look how the government's of the middle east treat their own people. Not a pretty sight. Anywhere. when the present leader of syria's fther had an assination attemp on him he found the village, killed all the men, women and children adn then bulldozed the entire village over so everyone could see what happens to people who defy him. What do you think the armies in the ME would do to the jews if they ever got the upper hand? I think Iran feels we are bogged down in Iraq and this is an opportunity to strike at Israel. The provocation first by Hamas and then by Hezbolla supporting Hamas is normal ME radical thinking. Look at what the wahabi schools in Saudi Arabia teach. Where women can not only not drive they cannot even sit in the front seat. This is the mentality the jews have to contend with just to survive. I have seen pregiduce against the jews all my life and I do not like it. In many European countries the number of jews left at the end of the war was in the hundreds. 6 million jews killed! As you know. My rant-lol. And when I was the state director of emergency medical services I read a booklet for docs in Washington state telling them to be careful opening up ME women who had been sewen up by their husbands. The women's primary worry was cutting the anus. Stoning women, cutting peoples hands off, female circumcision, using little kids to clear mine fields. The jews are by and large 10 times more civilized than any culture over there in control.
