You need to read the quote which is footnoted as #94 in the paper I referred you to:

"Acts of invidious discrimination in the distribution of publicly available goods, services, and other advantages cause unique evils that government has a compelling interest to prevent- wholly apart from the point of view such conduct may transmit"

It's pretty clear from the article that the SC tends to ignore the viewpoint, and the first amendment issues, when it prefers the equality issues, and vice versa. In race it generally prefers the equality issue where there is invidious discrimination. I don't think you would stand a hope in hell with the viewpoint language trying to get a Nazi club at a public school.

But prove me wrong. Find a case on point.
