And they're being 'more civilized' on the lands of another people, koan ... here, scan a few of these - google.ca

There hasn't been peace in that area since the Balfour declaration, and there's not going to be peace any time soon ... demographics will eventually substitute another flavour of problem for the current one, don't hold your breath waiting though

This will blow over unless the busheviks use it as casus belli to get something going against the persians in time for the november elections, which is a distinct possibility ... meantime, gold rising on such concerns really won't do our juniors a lot of good, they don't have bullion ready for immediate takeaway, which is what crisis-bidders on gold want ... it's the long-term trendline along the dips in the PoG that count for us, also important is some reasonable cost of energy to mine with, and a socio-political climate that doesn't interfere with the process ... war fevers can interfere quite a lot ... and look out for the base metals plays if/when they really crank up the perma-war, because while the military uses some metal yes, people who build things like houses and cars use a lot more, and they tend to cut back dramatically when times get tough - war can make times get tough ... can't have LBJ's Guns 'n Butter Too plan any more, with developed countries all perched on a mountain of debt ... it wouldn't take so much to put us in recession or worse, imho

dib.v - did i get any Día Bras you ask, yes but so few they hardly count ... picked up nominal shares in several plays after selling my aru.v traders [duh!], but am still waiting on a cheque to do more ... dib scored pretty high on my mexican silver play list even though it has quite a few shares out, and so many of them freshly issued [i like a tight share structure] ... but with stuff like the above happening elsewhere, aren't you glad we can live and speculate on a reasonably amicable continent, eh ... cheers
