What date is the merger legal, so I can sell ROTC? I have been _waiting_ for my $22 or what ever the deal is since the announcement; meanwhile many of my other stocks have gained, while ROTC, for which I had such positive hopes, has been flat flat flat, even with strong earnings reports. I can't figure out why ROTC sold in to IHS. I may actually wait a bit after the merger to see if the stock appreciates, but I don't have good feelings about IHS. This is too much waiting for me, considering the end result looks depressing... Etana
